• According to Corsair's web site, at low and medium loads the cooling fan switches off, turns on at high loads.

• Here is a question, what happened? There's many questions I have to ask because power supply not working could be anywhere from the position, the connection or if it came in contact with water?

• That is one of its power saving features. It will spin up when its needed.

• Actually this power supply will stop spinning when the demand is low, so this is a normal operational trait
