“I currently have a CP-9020099-NA CX Series™ CX850M. Will those cables work with this? I know they may fit but did not know if they use the same pinout on the cables.”

I am not certain nor would I bother risking frying your equipment to find out. If you need longer cables and have the space, just purchase some power cable extensions. They are pretty cheap.
