• It can run a build I recently completed with a 13th gen i7 & 7800 XT Hellhound. So yes it can run a 4060 no problem.

• NVIDIA recommends at least a 650W PSU for the RTX 4060 and the RTX 4060 Ti, so the RM850x should handle either card quite nicely.
