Hi, No cons here! The shifted modular connections are much easier to access. The following CORSAIR cases are compatible: 220T, 275R, 465x, 500D, 570x, 680x, 1000D, and 4000/5000/7000 Series. For non-CORSAIR cases, a minimum of 30mm clearance from connector side of PSU to the back side panel of your case is required. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No downsides as long as your cable management is neat. Any extra cables from fan/rgb hubs can be fit with ease with all the extra space it opens up in your case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope, the only downside is if your side panel cant close because the connectors stick out far enough that it can't close. I recommend custom cables that can bend a bit better and allow more clearance between the PSU and the side panel.
