No it doesnt and to add, the mouse wheel is terrible and will break within 4 months. The shape and flexibility with moving the thumb button panel is great, but the build quality on this mouse is terrible.

No tilt scroll wheel. The side buttons can be adjusted to fit any size. This mouse DESTROYES my old Razer mmo mouse, not even close when it comes to their applications. Extreme customization with little hassle.

No tilt functionality, but you can program two of the side buttons to function as horizontal scroll if you want to.

In the same boat. Went with the Scimitar, so I could actually access side grid buttons 1-3. Lost the scroll wheel tilt my Naga had and my FFXIV setup for every playable job has taken a heavy toll.
