You program macros using the Corsair software on your pc. You can program a macro for every key including different ones for upper case and lower case.

Corsair's software DOES allow individual programming of keys. Whether or not it allows programming to suite your needs, I might recommend heading over to Corsair.com and downloading their software and have a gander - before purchasing.
