I'd like to know the answer as well. Can you answer this for us Best Buy or Logitec? I have the same problem, along with the painted letters on the keys wearing off, on another Logitech keyboard (K520), I bought 2 years ago which is why I'm wanting to replace it with this one hopefully. However, if the same issue occurs on this one, I'll have to consider another keyboard because this issue is annoying.
