Does this accommodate all desk top computers? null

It works fine with my windows 7 PC. Be aware that it needs 2 USB ports, so if you only have one free you won't be able to plug it in. It also isn't active until the drivers load, so if you want to mess around in BIOS you'll want to keep a cheap spare digital keyboard around.
