3-4 had to take break from sitting b.c my butt would hurt. Some would say I'm butt hurt over this purchase

Using your scale: Seat Cushion: 5 Chair Back without pillows: 2 Lumbar Pillow: 5, maybe 6 Neck Pillow: 4, maybe 5 The neck pillow is a bit more stiff than the lumbar pillow, but it's still pretty soft compared to the plain chair back. The seat cushion feels decent; not too stiff, and not too soft either. Also, this chair is a spring-loaded reclining chair. You can lock the tilt and then adjust the chair back angle by itself without the seat tilt, and you can adjust seat tilt tension as well.
