“If I wanted to expand the ram in the system what model number is the ram that is already in it?”

• According to the Corsair rep I spoke with, the RAM can only be expanded if you replace ALL of the RAM with new RAM. They claim that even if you use the exact same model # RAM, that it will cause system faults. I know you shouldn't use different brands of RAM, but why in the world couldn't you use the exact same RAM to expand? So if you want to go from 32GB to 64GB DDR5 Corsair RAM, it's going to cost you $600.
