You're almost certainly experiencing what I did - your i9-14900kf chip is probably getting cooked by a BIOS that doesn't properly utilize that chipset. This is a known issue with Intel and motherboard manufacturers - sadly the board they shipped with (ASUS PRIME Z790-P WIFI - if you got the same one as me) is running a Corsair proprietary BIOS and as far as I can tell they haven't patched this BIOS to resolve the voltage issues. They also didn't bother to adjust BIOS settings at all to prevent thermals reaching 100c from day 1. I strongly recommend requesting a replacement / warrantied repair that includes a motherboard that can be properly patched to prevent degradation (or complete malfunction) of your CPU. This product is 100% a lemon.
