- Answer So I have the 1yr membership with Best Buy and it only cost about $200 and they’ll do all the work that you requested and ask for them to do. And that’s a one time payment good for a year. But for each work that you want to get done will cost more and extra, I would’ve been charged for $150 for the same thing

- Answer Have not attempted it myself, but you may be able to check against brands/models using specific Ryzen 5 CPUs if they or users note this as a RAM memory that works (I was lucky and found mine this way). This may take some digging for answers, possibly cross checking DDR4 vs DDR5 types. Good luck!

- Answer I would consult your PC's manual, and maybe use some online help thats really easy to find to double check compatibility. I just did the same upgrade to my Aurora R12 to fix a long standing RAM failure issue I only understood after consulting the manual and taking a look inside, but these were an amazing upgrade from 8GB. (I actually installed 2 sets to bump to 64GB, but 32GB would do the job)

- Answer It should since that is on the am4 platform. Am4 is ddr4 and this is ddr4 ram check your motherboard to see if it supports speeds up to 3600mhz

- Answer My Optiplex 7040 manual says : Table 21. Memory Feature Specification Type DDR4 Speed 2133 MHz Connectors Four UDIMM slots Memory module capacity 4 GB, 8 GB , and 16 GB Minimum memory 4 GB NOTE: The minimum memory may differ based on the operating system installed on the computer. Maximum memory 64 GB NOTE: Each UDIMM slot supports a minimum of 4 GB and a maximum of 16 GB. So I am guessing yours will work.
