Underpaid, bare minimum training, no incentive to provide any real service- everything is in service to sign up for the credit card or mybestbuy membership. Your mileage may vary however, it is up to you to discern which reps/businesses earn your business or not. If not, simply head on over to Microcenter or something.

Please try again later.Don't have these problems myself...It's actually a great place to buy PC parts...It must be you ..and as far as not getting the promotional price..be aware some of them are ONLINE ONLY ..some are buy online and pick up...and some are IN STORE ONLY and finally some are all of the above. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS and don't be afraid to ask questions! If you aren't getting advertised price ASK WHY!
