XMP is specifically intel, XMP tells the intel motherboard the specific settings for your ram (instead of the user inputting the data, testing and seeing if both your motherboard and ramm can work without crashing). I believe AMD uses “EXPO” their equivalent to intels XMP, and those are different types of ramm sticks. You may want to look into Ramm sticks that specifically uses AMD; check Cosair Website for alternatives version.
