• A:Answer XMP is specifically intel, XMP tells the intel motherboard the specific settings for your ram (instead of the user inputting the data, testing and seeing if both your motherboard and ramm can work without crashing). I believe AMD uses “EXPO” their equivalent to intels XMP, and those are different types of ramm sticks. You may want to look into Ramm sticks that specifically uses AMD; check Cosair Website for alternatives version.

• A:Answer Yes it will. The aurora r16 supports up to 64gb of ddr5 and this is exactly that. Being two different brands, you may have to use a different lighting app for the corsair part but most rgb apps can utilize the base functions of other brand's rgb products. I have attached a photo of what it looks like in use on my custom built pc.
