• Hi, Yes, this memory kit is compatible with that motherboard. However, it is worth noting you'll only be able to run this memory kit at 2666 MHz, instead of this kit's rated 3000 MHz speed. • Yes, although the Asus Tuf Gaming B365M will only run it at 2666, so go with that speed. Since the board has rgb headers, the RAM rgb should work fine (and you should be able to sync the RAM's rgb with Asus software --the board comes with rgb headers for other devices).
