“I'm a console gamer and was wondering how pc headsets work. Are there separate jacks for audio and mic or do most pc's support audio with in-line mic?”

• This headset connects via USB, but most headsets have two cords that split near the bottom - one is for microphone, one is for headphones. You don't have to plug the mic one in all the time.

• PC gaming headsets either have 3.5mm connectors (one green for sound, one pink for mic) or just have the one USB cable. Your headset says on the box which it is. The Corsair USB headset and wireless ones are both USB based.

• You can use inline , blue tooth, and also USB depending on how your computer is setup.
