• Contact Corsair customer service. They have been really good to me and sent me a replacement free of charge when I lost mine.

• Dongles can be found online, though their price skyrocketed recently from $15 to 50. Usually you can get them from Corsair directly online, but they are out of stock or show it as unavailable, so we wound up buying a new headset for an addition $45 on top of the 50 it would've cost going through amazon to get a new dongle. It's too bad, the dongle is quite prone to being damaged.
