• Yes, its a KVM Switch so you can connect your mouse/keyboard and use it on the connected pc too! I have my PC connected to it but sometimes i have to use my laptop, if i connect the laptop on the USB C port from the monitor, my mouse and keyboard will work on the laptop aswell

• Yes. It will come with a cable to connect the monitor to the PC (not HDMI or DP) and then you'll be able to utilize the back IO
