I know your question is over a year old, but I have to say that I would recommend it. There are very expensive thermal pastes out there that can take a great deal of abuse for a very long time, but this paste is definitely suitable for a PS4, and should be good to go on for at least 5 years. Be very careful with how the paste is applied so it doesn't touch any other electrical components around the processor head.
