- Answer This toaster oven does not have an air fryer function. The outer surfaces may become hot while it is in use, however it does not vent hot air from the back.

QuestionWhat is the actual manufacturers model number? The only product on Cosoris website that looks like this is Model CO125-TO which is 25L not 20L as your website shows and does not include an air fryer basket, because it doesn't include a preset for air-fry.

- Answer Although the unit doe not have an off button, if the oven is inactive for 30 minutes, it will turn off automatically. You can use any control to wake up the oven.

QuestionWhen I turn the fan button on for convection cooking, the little symbol lights up that it is on, however I don't hear anything that sounds like a fan running. Is it that quiet or did I get a dud?

- Answer You may turn the fan on and off at any time during cooking. Please keep in mind that the fan cannot be used for the Toast or Bagel function and that the fan is always on for the Dehydrate function.
