QuestionAfter measuring center between 2 beams and hanging the unit, I come to find out the mounting on the unit IA A FULL 1-1/2 INCH OFF CENTER. WHY??? Had to take everything down and adjust and remount. No mention of it in specs, manual or install video. :(

- Answer Yeah, but you still need to vacuum the lines. I did it myself and it was very easy. Make sure to watch a couple of videos online. I used the vivohome ‎VH322 pump.

- Answer Very quiet. I have it in my garage and the most I hear is from the outdoor unit if it's very hot and I hear a faint vibration from mounting it to the side of my house. Can definitely be adjusted to not have that issue.

- Answer No. Some models work as low as -13F, but it is not clear how cold this one still works.

- Answer Yes it is. You do need to vacuum the lines though. I recommend the Vivohome vacuum pump model ‎VH322. Came with the adapters needed
