This might be a defective unit. I have one and use it every night and have never had that happen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In the manual it states if the mist falls down after coming out it means you have a high enough humidity in your that you need to have it on the lowest setting :) hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This unit may behave in the way you have described if it is run without the circular mist lid that sits on the top of the unit. Please ensure that this mist lid is set in the spot on the top of the unit.
