Can you transfer to the PlayStation 5 null

No guarantees yet from Sony, but PS5 is supposed to be backwards compatible. Would need a disc PS5 though.

It's backwards compatible with the PS5. So it'll act like a PS4 game, but you're playing it on a PS5.
