“What is the return policy on this and is it returnable in store or through shipping? Also what is the warranty as on what if it is defective and malfunctions as I’ve heard this can happen”

BestBuy will send you a return label if you return via shipping. Its a 15 day return window from the day it delivers from what ive seen. Creality i believe gives a 1 year warranty on the machine and components
