“I just bought this sim card and I called Cricket CS to activate it. They informed me that there is a problem with activation due to "National Retailer Error". "The sim card is not sold" something like that. Can you help with that?”

I purchased a cricket SIM card here and when trying to activate it, it said it was invalid. I called cricket they could not activate it either they said I needed to get a new sim card, I bought a new one from another retail store.
