A:AnswerHi Kelsey! Cricket here - yep, this Kit will work to activate service with your iPhone XR. If any additional questions or assistance is needed, we recommend reaching out to our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or Twitter (@cricketsupport) :)
A:AnswerAT&T did need to release the phone. The SIM card from Best Buy didn't work. Cricket said that it was never marked as released by Best Buy and therefore couldn't be found in their. My mom wasn't able to resolve by phone or by going to the store; the store employee that she spoke with in the parking lot was unable to assist. No store hrs during coronavirus. Cricket supervisor had to mail out its own Cricket sim card, which we were then able to activate.
A:AnswerYes, you can do it, call T-mobile (VOIP CALL) or try to do with Hangouts (by google) and try to call to 800 xxxxxx and speak with costumer service
A:AnswerHi, Cricket here! Thank you for your inquiry. The SIM card kit is good if you are bringing your own device to our service. You will still need to bring the SIM card to your local Cricket store to activate service as the SIM card does not come with a new number.
