• Yes, If you purchase a Cricket phone at Best Buy, you can activate it at Cricket. If you already have a Cricket account and you are replacing a current phone you can either go to Cricket and they will activate it for you for a $25 fee or you can call the 800 number provided on the box and do it your self for free. You might have to go to a Cricket office to have them do it if it is a new account- not sure. But the phone can be activated for a Cricket account tby Cricket.
