QuestionI can't activate this SIM. I was told that Best Buy didn't scan it. Cricket said either they need to scan it or they need to give me a new SIM. Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved?

- Answer I had the same issue, I bought 3 cricket sim cards from best buy and i wasn't able to activatethem So i called the best buy support team and had them activated But these sim cards again failed to activate and i have contacted cricket about this and they have told me these sim cards cannot be activated because they are old generation sim cards So try and replace them with new ones

QuestionDoes the SIM kit have a nano SIM? Best Buy seems to have 2 kits. One is $2.99 and one is $9.99. What is the difference?

- Answer WiFi calling will not work with this sim. I called cricket multiple times and they were not able to help me. Then I changed my sim to the new 9.99 sim I was able to activate WiFi calling without any issues.

- Answer You do not need a SIM card for your Apple Watch. There is an eSIM inside the watch that can be activated through a support carrier. Unfortunately Cricket Wireless is not supported.
