Does this Cricut have a rotary blade that cuts felt null

Thank you for your question. You will probably want to start with the pink mat and use the blade that comes with the machine, the Premium Fine Point Blade and Housing. You will want to use the setting called simply, "Felt." The Deep point blade is great for more stiffened felt.
