Best buy has the dumbest preorder policy where you have to physically add the steelcase to your cart when you add the game or you won't recieve it. Which is stupid considering its a promotional item FOR the preorder. Absolutely stupid.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know BB reps say that all preorders are retroactive and you don't have to do anything. But I still always cancel and reorder when the bonus actually appears in the cart. Unless the item is an out of stock hot ticket item. Valkyrie Elysium had this very same "issue" where the preorder bonus (steelbook) didn't show up if you preordered early on but the product page screenshots showed that it would come with your order. But a few weeks later it finally showed up on the product page as a "free bonus" and automatically added to your cart when you ordered. So I'm assuming the same will happen here. I would say at the end of the day preorder now and you "should" get the preordered bonus. But check back in a week or two and see if you can still preorder and if it adds to your cart. Then if it bothers you still, then you can decide if you really want to go through the trouble of reordering for the peace of mind.
