• No, there is no way to fry anything in this machine. Get yourself an air fryer, you'll LOVE IT. They are not terribly expensive, but they really do the job of frying without oil. The best Rib Eye steak I've ever had was done in my air fryer and it took 8 minutes.

• No, this is not for deep frying. You can saute to brown meat or vegetables, actual cooking is by steam pressure.
