“Can u set the temp manually say to cook a roast at a certain temp for certain amount of time?”

• No but you can change to lower pressure but no way to actually set the temp

• In the slow cooker mode you seem to be limited to, Low or High temp only. In the pressure cooker mode you can adjust the time as you see fit and the Manuel states you can adjust the temperature/pressure, but I have not personally tried adjusting the temperature and, all the charts seem to indicate that the temperature adjustments are limited to, "High or Low" settings. So far it works great but again, I have not tried, and have not found in the manual where you can designate a specific temperature.
