How many lbs of corned beef can I cook in a 10 qt unit null

you can cook 2 corned beef at the same time. They can be 3 to 4 lbs apiece. According to the cooking directions it will take 2 hours 20 minutes. You then removed the meat and put in the vegetables in the same broth and set you're time to 15 minutes for them to cook. It's wonderful.

You convert qt (10) to lbs and go from there.
