The unit has "up to" a 20 hour timer. I see no delay mode or selection. One thing to add, if the power goes out, the cooking time and temps are erased and the unit basically shuts down and will not reset.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the description to be a bit misleading. You can program the crockpot to cook for up to 20 hours. I have looked through the manual that came with mine as well as the digital and more expanded online manual and find no reference to a delay start of the crock pot, only that you can set it to cook anywhere from 30 minutes to 20 hours. Hope that helps!
