First you will absolutely love this slow cooker and pressure cooker, you can adjust time for each button setting, but you shouldn’t have to, it cooks food super fast on pressure cook. As for adjusting heat it doesn’t show a heat temp. Like I said you can plus or minus minutes for each setting though to cook longer!
