just call CROCK POT EXPRESS at this number 800-323-9519 and with your model number found on the bottom of your product ... should begin with CSS if it is a pressure cooker... there is also a number for replacement orders that will assist you also.. same number and they list the other number also .. crock pot was bought out by he NEWELL COMPANY AND THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE...
