No. You can only set the time you want it to run on high or low then it automatically goes to warm.

Yes. You basically turn it on using the delay timer. So... if you want it to start at 1 am but it’s 10pm and you are tired, turn it on with the delay of 3 hours and boom! It turns on after the delay with the settings of your choosing, for the time of your choosing.

There is not a automation option for the crock pot you would need to manually start it.
