QuestionDo the fast forward, rewind etc buttons actually work. On some of the reviews for other similar devices that was one of the complaints that the buttons don't actually work; rather they are Just for show... thanks

- Answer Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands. The buttons on the front are only for the radio or CD player. The only tape button is next to the cassette door. It can only fast forward or eject. Kindest regards,

QuestionI bought a unit just like this one at Target several years ago and never got it out of the box. This Christmas I found it in my closet and took it out and plugged it in but there doesn't seem to be any power to it. I read the instuctions ?

- Answer I had the exact same problem a few years ago with a Victrola unit I received as a gift a few years ago. They look very similar to the Crosley. When I tried to use it a year later the power would cut off after a few seconds on radio and CD settings. I called the manufacturer and they gave me some instructions that didn't work and since it was over a year old wouldn't stand by it even after I discovered other people on the internet were having the same problem. This unit is made by Crosley and so far it seems to be working fine. I would never buy a Victrola product again.
