- Answer Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands. We apologize for the issue with the unit. First, make sure your CD's are clean and scratch free and that you're putting them in label side up. If that's not the issue, perform a factory reset. This is unplugging it for at least an hour and then trying it again. If that doesn't work, please contact us at 1-866-CROSLEY Monday through Friday 8am-6pm EST to troubleshoot the issue. Kindest regards,
