Hello, thanks for getting in touch, The Crucial BX500 2TB Internal SSD can be initialized in either GPT (GUID Partition Table) or MBR (Master Boot Record) format, depending on your system requirements. By default, Windows may prompt you to initialize the SSD as GPT, but you can manually select MBR during the setup process in Disk Management.
