Will this work with an ASUS Q553UB? null

If your computer currently has a SATA SSD, you should be able to open it up and swap it with this one. In general, you need 2 things for this SATA drive to work in your machine. 1) A SATA connector/cable from the motherboard, 2)Correct power connector from your power supply to the other connector on the drive. If not, and you just need more storage, you can buy a SATA drive enclosure and use it as an external drive via USB cable.
