• Yes, the "adapter" is included. It is merely an octagonal plastic spacer with self-adhesive tape which adheres to the bottom. But I recommend going to Crucial.com and using their scan if you haven't done so already. If your XPS 15 is a newer model, there should be an M.2 slot for an additional drive. I would suggest that you use that for your boot drive, and keep your HDD. If you have the older Inspiron 15 5547 with no M.2 slot, then yeah, go ahead and get one of these quick while they're still on sale.
