• Yes it will. However, I would recommend using it with a heat sink for the ps5.

• This SSD is Gen 4, but does not meet the recommended speed of 5500 mbps required. However, some users have reported to not notice any dip in performance when using a slower SSD (but still Gen 4). The P3 Plus read speed is only 500 mbps under recommendation so it may not make much difference. Yet, it may still be best to follow guidelines.
