Hello Tim, Thanks for getting in touch. We would like to inform you that we do not recommend using RIAD mode for our Crucial SSDs. Also ,IRST has some conflicts with Crucial Storage executive features. IRST most commonly conflicts with Crucial Storage Executive (CSE) functions, particularly Momentum Cache. Uninstalling IRST components may be required to operate Storage Executive, but in the event a RAID configuration or other optimization functions (such as Intel Optane support) are in use, simply removing these drivers can result in instability, loss of performance, or a system failing to boot.
