It is compatible with Mac but not via Firewire. It comes with a short USB C cable. You can connect it to a regular USB port via an adapter but data transfer will not be as fast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with usb-c to usb a cable very sort I think might be 3 inch. You can use usb-c to usb-c cable it worked fine and 3rd party cables do work as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's fastest on a true USB-C connection which if you have that I'd recommend an even faster drive, if you're like most people and only have USB 3.0 then I HIGHLY recommend this just format it before you use it.
