• There is only the bottom tray that is removable. No basket is included. The fryer does not require pre-heating its almost instant heat and cooks very fast.

• It comes with 4 silicone cupcake holders otherwise no other accessories. It also heats up pretty quickly so I would say preheating isn’t necessary.

• Spray the pan before with a nonstick spray mine don’t stick. I find if you use a silicone tray or those paper trays the food don’t cook as good. But you can also try those too
