“Is it supposed to make sound when running? When we first started the oven it made a loud sound like a fan blade hitting something, then we’re heating up some pizza and it’s super quiet now… no real sound at all.”

• If there is no sound whatsoever, chances are that the fan is not turning, which it is supposed to. If it is still under warranty, I would suggest you return it for exchange, credit or cash.

• Mine only beeps when I’m pushing the buttons and is quiet while it’s cooking.

• To Jennifer: no noise and takes forever to cook anything? Take it back to BestBuy for return or exchange. Neither the fan nor the heating coil appear to be functioning properly.
