The product looks exactly like the photo. Speed is up to the user on how fast they move their feet. There is a resistance knob that can be set to 8 different levels. When using the machine for over 20 minutes, my legs have a little wobble/different feeling upon standing which goes away quickly but shows there is a result. I have let other people who don't use machines for working out or are sedentary and they have all had positive things to say. All have used it for a minimum for 10 minutes when I thought they would only try a few revolutions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The advantage of using the Cubii Jr., for leg movement is that it has a tension setting of 1 - 8, the number 8 is the highest setting and you determine how fast you want to pedal. The faster you pedal, you feel more of a burn in your upper legs.
