Will this machine actually help with weight loss? null

I haven't had it long enough to say for sure, but I don't see why not. You can set the resistance and depending how hard you work it you can get your heart rate going. You are also working some of the largest muscle groups so you should be burning calories.

As you know, any activity will help with weight loss. That said, using this machine will not, by itself, help you with substantiate weight loss.
